the 3rd Baltic Meeting on Microbial Carbohydrates
will be held in
Sigtuna, Sweden, 2-4 August, 2008.

Past meetings have been held in Wroclaw, Poland, 2004 and Rostock,
Germany, 2006 which proved to be good venues for bringing together
European researchers, especially those from the Baltic area, to
exchange and discuss recent advances in microbial carbohydrate
science. This time, plenary lectures will be about state-of-the-art
analytical techniques, LPS biosynthesis, carbohydrate synthesis
correlated to immunology and vaccines and bacterial polysaccharides
of industrial importance. We cordially invite you to participate and
contribute to the meeting with an oral presentation. Attendance will
be limited to 100 participants.
We look forward to seeing you in Sigtuna.
