The symposium fee includes
registration fee, abstract volume, scientific programme, get together with
refreshments on Sunday 14 June, coffees, exhibition. Lunches and conference
dinner on Tuesday 16 June are not included.
Conference dinner
Please, observe that the conference dinner at Vasa
museum is not included in the registration fee. To participate in the
dinner, please add
€ 50 to your registration fee.
Payment
Please indicate in
your registration if you want an invoice. Deadline for invoice payment is
the due date stated on the invoice. Please state the
invoice number on the
payment.
Payment without an invoice should be made before
as soon as possible using
one of the following payment transactions:

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation should
be made to Ulrika Örn by regular mail or e-mail: ulrika@chemsoc.se
Participants cancelling prior to 1 May
2009, will get a 100 % refund of their payments.
After 1
May 2009,
refunds cannot be made.
Accommodation
If you want to make hotel reservation on the recommended hotels, please check
the deadlines for reservation under "Accommodation".
